Leo Pollak and ‘loss of office’ payment

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

In March 2021, Cllr Leo Pollak resigned from his Cabinet Member for Housing role due to using a fake social media account to reply to local campaign groups.

At the time it was revealed that Leo Pollak could still be eligible for a ‘loss of office’ payment' of £5000

We are writing to request information relating to this possible payout:

- Did Cllr Leo Pollak receive a loss of office’ payment at any time after his resignation?

If so, please report the the details of the payment (figure of payment, date).

If not, please report whether Leo Pollak is still considered eligible for this loss of office payment.
