It is not clear from your request precisely what information you are looking for and to enable us to respond we would be grateful if you could confirm whether it is expenditure totals under the different allowance headings, copies of claims or all documents held that relate to Mr Butler's claims that you are seeking.

To date we have not received a response and I am now writing to advise that if we do not receive clarification by 18th September we will assume that you no longer wish to pursue this Freedom of Information Request.
