Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request information from the Prime Minister's Office under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please can let me know whether or not tea and coffee is provided out of public funds for those working at the Prime Minister's Office.

For any tea or coffee that is paid for out of public funds please could you let me know what proportion is fair trade. If the exact proportion is not known please provide an estimate. Please could you also list out the brand names of tea and coffee that are known to have been purchased in the three months.

Yours faithfully,

John Cross
