Dear Sir or Madam,
How many GP's who have retired but continued to practice, since
2004, have had their entry on the performers list removed and had
to reapply?

Dear Mr Kumar
I have now received a response to your Freedom of Information Act request
relating to retiring GPs within Ealing PCT. See below the response we have
received.
Since 2004 to date 27 doctors have retired and 22 of them requested to be
transferred to the various Performers Lists (ie: Ealing, Hammersmith or
Hounslow) as locums and were accepted without reapplying. Of the remainder
who retired but did not wish to be transferred to join other Performers List
the PCT has not been made aware of this.
I hope you find the above helpful and if there is any further information
that you require under FOI please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Yours sincerely
June Lloyd
