Hounslow Primary Care Trust (PCT)

Dear Mr. Kumar, since 1st January 2004 practitioners do not have to
reapply to stay on the performers list, they remain on it unless they
are removed or contingently removed through a performers panel under the
Performers Regulations. We have had two practitioners who since
retirement have continued to practice. We have had three retirements
who have not continued to practice post retirement.

With reference to the email below from Mr Kumar dated 19 May I am asking
you to take responsibility for answering this Freedom of Information
Request .

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 Section 10 gives us no later than
the twentieth working day following the date of receipt to respond. For
this inquiry this is 17 June 08. Failure to comply leaves the Chief
Executive in an untenable position.

Please respond direct to Mr Kumar with a copy to me. May I suggest that
you respond by 10 June. Our system will start to chase from that date

Please advise me if I have misdirected the request
