I can confirm that 0 GP's in Somerset who have retired but continued to practice, since 2004, have had their entry on the performers list removed and had to reapply.
I can also confirm that 16 GP's who have retired but continued to practice, since 2004, have had their entry on the performers list amended and not had to reapply.
