1. There have been no GPs who have retired but continued to practice,
since 2004, that have had to reapply for inclusion on the Medical
Performer List.
2. There have been 50 GPs that have retired since 2004 that have
continued to practice and have not had to reapply for inclusion on the
Medical Performer List
