Dear Sir or Madam, In 2001 the U.S. Department of Energy took
extreme and unorthodox steps to suppress knowledge of magnetic
motors from even the President and Congress and thus from the
American people, yielding in doing so to massive pressure from
vested interests, particularly the oil and motor industries.
At this crucial time of our national efforts to help control global
warming, these motors offer a vital contribution to reduction of
our carbon output and our reliance on hydrocarbon fuels, yet very
few people in the U.K. have ever heard of them, let alone of their
potential.
Does Defra hold information about these motors and, if so, in full
detail what do they have and why has such information not already
been made public? Yours faithfully, K T Mancroft

Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for
Environment, Food and Rural Affairs's handling of my FOI request
'Information held by Defra on fuelless magnetic motors'.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/in...
The original request was made on 10 August, but failed to be
delivered. It was therefore re-sent on 11 August with a reply date
scheduled for 21 September. No reply was received.
The same request was sent to you again on 25 Septemebr with a reply
date of 24 October. Again, no reply has been received.
Both these failures are in breach of the law and I therefore expect
an immediate explanation for these breaches. Failure to respond
fully within 3 working days, i.e. by 12 November, will leave me
with no option, other than to report the matter to the Information
Commissioner.
Yours truly,
K T Mancroft
